Individual Mutual Cooperation Vaccination Still Prepared

Spokesperson for the Covid-19 vaccination of the Ministry of Health, Siti Nadia Tarmizi, said that this individual mutual cooperation vaccination was carried out due to input from the community to accelerate the formation of group immunity.
This will ultimately speed up controlling the rate of transmission of Covid-19. “This mutual cooperation vaccination is one option in the context of expanding, accelerating, and bringing vaccination services closer. This is not mandatory and does not eliminate the public's right to obtain free vaccines through the government's vaccination program," he said. Mutual cooperation vaccination will not interfere with the government's program. This is because mutual cooperation vaccination is carried out with different types of vaccines, health facilities, and health workers from the government program. “In order for the implementation of individual mutual cooperation vaccinations to be more effective, efficient, and accountable, the government sees the need to issue a technical guideline that regulates in more detail its implementation. For this reason, we are currently making the technical guidelines which will be finalized soon,” he said. The Ministry of Health also asked health care facilities that will carry out individual mutual cooperation vaccinations to wait until technical instructions are issued. District/city Health Offices are also asked to wait before providing user ID (user id) to health facilities that will serve individual mutual cooperation vaccinations.
